Established in 2021, the office directs its attention to interior architecture in all its forms: from residential spaces - to public ones, objects specially designed for a certain context or, simply, an atmosphere - that better defines the particularities of an existing space, temporary or permanent. Starting from an idea to define a space as simple and instinctive as possible, each project is shaped by going through a series of essential choices.

The project on Foișorului street calls into question a relatively simple two-rooms apartment. Starting from a white and gray base, the space is gradually enriched by the wood’s warmth and texture – beginning with a few inserts in the living area, to this veneered "monolith" in the night area. Closely related to simplicity and "as little as possible", the two-room apartment serves a young person who sometimes works from home. Limiting ourselves to the strict necessities, we came to this final proposal which not only visually hides each and every existing storage area, but also chooses to subtly mark this minimum need for living. On the one hand, we have a day-living area that, instead of "hiding" and limiting the working desk, positions it as part of the furniture open to the common space. On the other hand, we have the transition from the day area to the night area which we chose to mark with a so-called "portal". Once covered with veneer, this transition becomes much more intimate, with a particular nuance. In addition to the walls cladding, there is also the mirror that brings a necessary depth to a small space - like this hallway - and has an important functional role. The color and texture of the chosen materials, whether in the kitchen and living-room or in the bedroom or bathroom, define the spaces and allow us to notice the different elements of the project, whether they are structural, functional or purely ornamental.
The project solution came very naturally, intuitively, letting the important details of the beneficiary's routine outline the space. Connecting the spaces as well as possible, the change from the access level to the bedroom was a necessary one. This led to a very clean and linear resolution of the space in the bedroom, gaining a new functional area - slightly hidden - for the intermediate hall, between the rooms.
