Text presentation of the author/office in English

The approach of the office is to aim architecture practice that not only looks good but also feels good. Valuable design exceeds utility to become a sensorial and social experience, moreover to create a frame for human needs of freedom, authenticity, goods and desire.

Project description in English

The aim of the project was to complete a passageway space with the elements necessary for living in the apartment community and, at the same time, to design an “object” with multiple uses. With a single intent, under a single shade of blue, the mailboxes, together with seating areas, form a common “apparatus” at the entrance. The bench provides the reason for a pause in the constant transit of the hallway and aims to offer additional qualities to the shared spaces. These qualities are tied to a vision in which the apartment community uses and appropriates each space. Aided by a design that emphasizes accents also found on the upper floors, several design references are repeated, giving a specific identity to the life in that place.
