Teodor Jovanovic, M. Arch. He was born in 1998 in Darmstadt. After graduating from the Technical School of Architecture, he began and finished his studies at the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Belgrade. Several student exhibitions and publications, as well as participation in the 44th, 45th and 46th Salon of Architecture in Belgrade, stand out. During his studies, he participated in the drafting of a tender decision for the expansion of the building of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade. After his studies, he continued his professional work on several projects in Frankfurt am Main.

The "elevation 221" project envisages the construction of the Super-university in Zvezdarska šuma. The location is significant because of its strategic position or its presence in the city sights. Through its position and appearance, this project should initiate certain social changes, that is, to affirm young educated people. "Elevation 221" is actually a platform formed by cutting the terrain at an elevation of 221 meters. It is actually the link between the Star Forest, access communications and the object itself, and as such represents a meeting place, an event. The design of the building was derived from the existing shape of the terrain. The form is now geometrized. A new naturalness is also achieved by the "forest" of pillars and trees that follow the characteristics of the context.
