Through the Endeavors category, we encourage the professional body, civil society, public administrations to engage in innovative and speculative architectural projects that go beyond the boundaries of traditional practice and that by their nature or activities, participate in increasing the quality and understanding of the object and practice of architecture. This category serves as a platform for architects, designers and thinkers to explore new ideas, methodologies and technologies that challenge conventional understandings of space, functionality and aesthetics.
In this category, experimenting becomes possible, giving participants the opportunity to present how architecture can respond to evolving societal, technological and environmental challenges. By entering this category, contributors can influence the future direction of architectural design and theory, making a tangible impact on the profession and the community.
In the Endeavors category, we want to celebrate, recognise and promote visions, initiatives and experiments in architecture and related fields, together with their creators.

What type of projects can be registered in this subcategory?
This category is open to both realised and speculative projects, including:
- architectural education;
- participatory initiative;
- public policies;
- new materials, studies on materials;
- product design;
- guided tours;
- summer schools, creative residencies;
- research projects
- cultural projects in the field of architecture.
Registered projects must be started or completed between July 2022 and July 2022.
Commissioned and unrealised works or architecture, design, public space projects created for the purpose of participating in other competitions cannot be entered (e.g. a non-winning project at Europan cannot be entered as an initiative in the Beta Awards).

Înainte de a începe procesul de înregistrare pentru Premiile Beta îți recomandăm să citești cu atenție regulamentul și ghidul de aplicație.
Pentru înregistrarea la Premiile Beta va trebui:
- să completezi formularul de înscriere aferent categoriei la care dorești să participi. Te rugăm să pregătești dinainte toate datele și materialele necesare pentru încărcare. În ghidul de aplicație vei găsi toate documentele necesare pentru a-ți pregăti materialele din timp.
- să îți pregătești panoul de expoziție după layoutul aferent categoriei la care dorești să participi.. Aici poți găsi toate layouturile. - de adăugat layouts. Acesta se va încărca în formularul de înscriere în format Jpeg, Jpg sau Png, cu o rezoluție între 150 și 300 dpi, și o mărime maximă de 20 MB. Pentru această categorie, panoul tău de expoziție va trebui să conțină: plan de situație, opțional - dacă este cazul, planurile nivelurilor cu legende, dacă este cazul, fotografii ale lucrării, din timpul evenimentelor, ale rezultatelor proiectului, orice alte scheme, piese de analiză, detalii specifice necesare înțelegerii proiectului.
- să pregătești imaginile pentru website. Va trebui să încarci minim 3, maxim 10 imagini reprezentative pentru proiect. Acesta nu trebuie să depășească 1.5 MB/imagine.
